At last, I’ve reached the end of my posts for Shenzhen, China. In this set of photos, I tour busy parts of downtown Shenzhen at night when the skyline is awash with colourful lights everywhere.
- You can never get too far without seeing locals on their cell phones.
- Public transit is quite good in Shenzhen. It’s cheap and convenient.
- There’s no reason to use a gas guzzling vehicle for something is quick and easy as moving a couch.
- This was a bizarre scene to see. Are these people buying shoes or tearing the store apart?
- I really like how the bright lights of some buildings makes the whole skyline glow along Shennan Road.
- There appears to be 3 nearly identical buildings toward the left side here.
- Shenzhen certainly has many types of different landscapes to see. This view looks nothing like the areas near my hotel or the shopping streets.
- I am very near the eastern edge of Shenzhen, and you can see that there is less dense development in the distance. Hong Kong is to the right outside the photo.
- It’s incredible that most of what you see in Shenzhen has been built up in such a short time. It is a great modern example of a well planned metropolis. It is still growing, too.
Stay tuned for more photos from my week in Hong Kong. You can also go back and read of my previous posts from Shenzhen.
